# Node Rewards

Nodes provide Holders with benefits across **every single product** of the VisionGame Ecosystem.

While they play a major role in the shaping of VisionVerse, we believe **Node Holders are akin to partners**, and we treat them as such.\

First of all, we introduce the concept of **VPoints.** VPoints can be exchanged for $VISION with up to a **1:1 conversion rate**. Also, they can be used as a substitute currency on VisionOffering for many of the **INO, IDO and more.**

**500 Million VPoints** are allocated to Nodes, and distributed daily to all currently Active Nodes over the span of 2 years. 

**100 Million $VISION** is allocated to Node Holders. The conversion rate for VPoints starts at 10% of the $VISION value, increasing to 100% linearly until the 2 years are reached. If used to purchase anything else on VisionOffering, **the value conversion of VPoints compared to $VISION is 1:1 from the start.**\

**Daily Distribution**: knowing how many VPoints each VisionNode gets daily is easy:

* VPoints for each VisionNode = Total daily VPoints to distribute / Total number of VisionNodes sold.
* For 2 years, 684,000 VPoints are distributed daily to Node Holders.

While VPoints provide amazing value from day one, guaranteeing potentially thousands of dollars in value across a single Node lifespan, there's more. Way more.

* **The Nodes power VisionVerse,** the true metaverse, providing **up to 25%** of all transactions and purchases as rewards for Node Holders. 
* Guaranteed **WhiteListing, Platinum Tier, Exclusive Airdrops** for Node Holders on our launchpad VisionOffering. 
* **Up to 25%** of fees taken across all products is distributed to Node Holders as rewards. **50% discount** on all services fees for Node Holders across all products. 
* **DAO** to participate in core decision making across all VisionGame products. 
* **Exclusive channel of communication** with the team. 
* **Constantly increasing FDV** with Nodes appreciating in price every 1,000. Limited to 10,000 Nodes for the next 2 years.

**All the rewards and benefits are guaranteed and immutable** for the next 2 years.\
